Available plan information
A compact official site plan for Potsdam New Cemetery is not currently available here. The interactive map shows mapped landmarks and does not replace an official grave register. This plan information applies to Potsdam New Cemetery; use it together with the named points below rather than as a substitute for an individual grave reference.
Use the map for a grave visit
The map of Potsdam New Cemetery does not provide a complete grave register. To find one grave, first obtain the section, row and grave number through grave search or from City of Potsdam – cemetery administration. As no directly usable plan is linked above, ask how the section relates to an entrance, then use the closest named orientation point for the final approach.
What the markers do and do not mean
A marker on the Potsdam New Cemetery map identifies a named place at the cemetery. It does not by itself state that a building is open, that a route is step-free or that a grave lies nearby. For those needs, combine the marker with the access details, the grave reference and, where necessary, an enquiry to the cemetery administration.
